I got caught by this last year, there customers services explainded I must have ticked something in one of there pop ups. I have a pop up blocker so didn't see anything, they admitted that that can sometimes happen and refunded me. No money had been taken since.

I had two lots of £9.95 taken from my bank account.
I went into the bank and they instantly refunded me the money as it was below £20

I, too, got caught by this and I only noticed this week. Since October they have been taking £9.95 out of my account. I didn't notice (assumed OH had been spending) but emailled them this week and they said they'd refund all of the money...

I order all the time with them. I know what happened, you didn't fully read the parts that you clicked. (right at the very end after you have paid)

Remember, don't rush and click - read, read, read what you are click, click, clicking.

I've used them loads of times too - with huge savings on prices compared with other suppliers. The quality is great, I'd recommend them. I'd echo silkcutblue's post. I didn't get signed up to anything 'against my will' because I read what I was agreeing to - I guess if I had been in a hurry it may have been different. The key here is that they are offering FREE stuff - always be super careful when getting something for next to nothing - they are a business after all, they have to make money some how.

I certainly wouldn't call them cowboys! The monthly fee is a legitimate one, although for me it wasn't worth it so I opted out. I think the worst that could be said about Vista Print is that the massive discounts most of us get are being funded by the mistakes of others....

I completely agree with Sarahs comments. I have used them many times and never had any problems with them. I think its harsh to call them a bunch of cowboys.:rolleyes:

They pulled this trick on me and I will definitely not be using them again. Please be very careful.

i totally agree with Sarah too. Many people think they're being scammed when in fact they click yes, or i agree, without reading the small print. All of us here who haven't been done have all said we read the small print, said no and that was that.

I've used them for printing wedding thank you cards (2 orders) and the cards were fab and I haven't been subscribed to anything. They are much cheaper than I could find elsewhere too.
