Free meal for 2 with drinks at Wagamama Milton Keynes

just a few little niggles - ie my food came out 10mins after o/halves, but overall very enjoyable.
Wagamama can be like that sometimes. They just bring stuff to you when it's ready, rather than time it all to perfection. We've had side orders arrive a few minutes after the main course, etc. All part of the experience!0 -
OK, so whatdya'all think?!?!?
You've been fed so how about regurgitating your experience and supplying some feedback?? Of ya'all that got the free meal what do you recommend (or not)? How was it? Enquiring minds wanna know!0 -
Yep, me and my freind had a nice meal too! I agree about the cold, we were sat half way down and still felt a draft!
I was annoyed with the manager women who came over to speak to us when we arrived and stood looking at the bloke behind us, but was actually speaking to us. (It reminded me of when me and my husband were looking for a house and the Estate Agents would speak to my husband and ignore me, very rude).
We didn't get a questionaire to fill in!
but would have happily left my comments!

What's all this about cold seating? isn't it inside the centre?0

Yes, I agree, I would love to try the restaurant but it's a bit of a drive and want to know whether it's worth it.0

The food was great. My other half said it was the nearest thing to Japanese in Milton Keynes now. I can see what you mean about the draught - the back door seemed to be open quite a lot.
What did you eat and how did you rate it?
The ebi katsu starter was really tasty and I liked the chicken katsu curry although the salad with it looked slightly brown (but to be fair that may have been the dressing)

Glad people enjoyed themselves I'm pleased I posted the offer now. Hubbie and i went Wed night and will be back again tonight

It was funny looking around the resturant wondering how many people got their meals through this website.
We worked out our meal would have been £40 for the 2 of us, glad it was free but not convinced I would have been prepared to pay the real price.
Best wishes

Just thought I'd merge these two while I'm here anyway

My wife and I went last night. It was cold when the door to the outside entrance was open. Food was good but I very much doubt I'd go back and have to pay nearly £40 for the same type of meal, it wasn't worth that. Drinks @ £2.75 for a freshly squeezed orange juice, yes it was nice but I wouldn't pay that for one after the freebie nights.0
