I AM MOVING TO ANOTHER SERVER AND IF ANYONE HAS A GOOD RECOMENDATION OF ANY WITHOUT HUGE ADMIN COSTS PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

yes, their customer service is cr*p. If you need yto ring them again try 0800 107 9000. its there sales department but if you press them they will give you an 0845 number for complaints which is a lot cheaper to ring than the 0971 support number. i did have the 0845 number but cant find it. also when your broadband is down you can always dial up to tiscali and raise a support ticket online.
Tiscali is nice when it works but terrible when there is a problem. if there is a broadband that is similar price AND has good cutomer service i also would like to know!!!trying to earn more and spend less!0 -
and my experience is that tiscali WILL call you back but only AFTER they have fixed the problem!!!trying to earn more and spend less!0

tiscali dont call while the problem is happening cos they know they will get a earful but when the problem is fixed you are so relieved so that when they call you you are just glad you are back online again you dont say nasty things to them. they may be stupid but the are not daft!!!trying to earn more and spend less!0
