Hi BBaM,

Just popped in to wish you a happy holiday with DS - it's nice there although it's six or seven years since I last went so I'm afraid I'm not much of a recommendation really....:rolleyes:

Missed out on another four days at Devon Cliffs with my DS2 and DS3 but they've offered us a two night break the week before they go back to school which I might do. If we get down there at 4.00pm on the Saturday and hang around the camp for much of Monday, it might feel like three days, mightn't it?:rotfl:

make cds to listen to in the car

print mystery shop stuff off in case wifi doesn't work when we get there
[strike]clean and tidy the flat (all rooms except the lounge are 90% tidy)[/strike] DONE

I'm dead chuffed I've ot most of it done already, I thought I'd be up till midnight getting through this lot The biggest job was tidying and cleaning the flat, just got the bathroom left to clean but I'm leaving that till after bathtime

Right we're off to look for some buses as a treat for ds as he has had to amuse himself today We're also popping in to Tesco to get some sweets and stuff to take with us

We're just about ready to go; I still need to make sure I've got all the paperwork and have a bath but other than that we're just about set Ds was sooo excited when he went to bed tonight his clothes are all laid out by his bed ready for the morning and i'm fully expecting him to wake up at about 5 o'clock :rotfl: Whatever time it is, we're just gonna get ready, have breakfast and get going

I've just spent 33.00 on breakdown cover as my parents are stressed in case I break down :rolleyes: I should get 22.00 cashback, and I think I can cancel within 14 days, so if I don't break down I could cancel anyway

I took out breakdown cover at the weekend but the small print says if you cancel within 4 months, they won't pay out the cashback........be warned!

Thanks Hypno, but tbh fingers crossed I won't need it, I did just under 4000 miles last year, this is the furthest I've ever driven :rotfl: As long as this goes fine I don't mind losing the cashback, then again for 11.00 I might as well keep it :rolleyes:

Thanks Chip, I hope its all gonna be okay, it should be fine but it feels wierd, this is the first time I've ever done something like this on my own with ds so feels strange

Benben I am sure you will be fine you are so independent and you and DS quite obviously have a great relationship so how could you not be fine..
