Yep we're back on monday too Milly, am starting to get a bit nervous about going now tbh, I haven't ever taken ds away anywhere on my own before and I haven't ever driven that far before either, so feels a bit wierd
I've been reading several reviews of Butlins and they are really evenly split between the its great brigade and the its torture brigadeJust hoping we're in the first camp

Ah I'm sure you'll have a lovely time - I bet he will just love it. We've not stayed at Butlins before but did go to a Parkdean holiday in North Devon a few years ago and the kids had such a good time, especially in the evenings! I've not taken my 2 away on our own either before, it's a scary thought though, I'm sure they'd get bored of me! Last year we went with my sister, her husband and 2 girls so I expect just the 3 of us would feel strange.
But I'm sure you'll have a lovely break. It'd be lovely if it was dry, but doesn't look too hopeful. Awful weather - I didn't imagine our summer hols to be like this:mad: hahaI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

We've just stopped for some lunch but I'm pleased with progress so far
Postie brought me a letter about my L&G ISA today and it had a cheque for 2.06  Not really sure what its all about, hopefully Hypno can enlighten meI'm assuming its a dividend for one of the companies our money is invested in?? But then I thought thats where our isa increased in value?? Bit confused
Anyway, its another 2.06 to the potand then the first bookies I joines last week has sent me an offer where basically they're as good as giving me a tenner
I just have to play a couple of games of deal or no deal (deal straight away) and then I can withdraw it I think :T :T Will letyou know later how this goes

Yes it is probably a dividend - when you applied you will have ticked a box saying whether you wanted income paid out or rolled up. (income units, or accumulation units). If you ticked for income you will get the divi - which you can spend on your holsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
