I did the photo thing last year, I lost 16lbs then but have put over half a stone back on too.

I am planning on kick starting my weight loss next week too, maybe I should take some more pics as well.

I want to lose at least 10lbs maybe a stone.

LOL I have 2 birthday cakes to eat! Getting OH to take the bigger one his mum brought me into work but I am going to have a slice first.

I am starting as of Monday 20th as I have a hectic week next week, no healthy stuff in and no monies to buy any! :o

I want to lose a stone too. Of all the challenges I have set myself this year, shifting the weight has been by far the hardest. Only lost 3lb in six months of trying , and that could be put back on in one naughty weekend (like the one i've just had ...)

All the best with your school holiday goals BenBen.

All 5 ebay buyers have paid up and all parcels are now on their way ;) I have also cleaned out the inside of the car ready for its service this week. Tonight I must sort out and buy the new car insurance and also get my stuff ready for tomorrows walk with school.

Today has been a nsd except for the ebay postage, but technically the buyers paid for that not me :D

I weighed myself this morning and my starting weight was 11 stone 1.5lbs :o:o I'm trying to shift the 1.5lbs by friday, so I'll have a stone to aim for in the holidays :D

Good luck with your money and weight target over the holidays BB. I started at the gym last week as I could see my middle age spread just expanding. Last week I lost 4lb and I aim to shift 1 stone and 1lb in total.
    Make £10 a day challenge - January 2023 = £292.89/£310 - Feb 2023 = £677.09/280 - March 2023 = £102.45/£310 - April = £300.12/300 - May 2023 = £306.80/£310 - June = £245.88/£150 - July = £295.45/£310 - August 2023 £51.56/£310

Hmm, not sure of a strategy, I know I'll struggle because I wont be at work so it will be easier to pick at food :o I def need to try and include some form of exercise each day, stuff like swimming with ds, walks in the forest / beach, playing footie with ds, hopefully a few visits to the gym (childcare dependent) :D I can be very good at the planning bit of losing weight, its the actual losing it I struggle with  :D
