I have been having lots of feeling fat days again recently, and basically its all because I'm a greedy whatsit with no self-control whatsoever
So, its operation get in shape (yet again ), I did lose a stone last year and have put just over half of that back on again, so its back to it ...
I don't think I'll rejoin ww's as it was too expensive, but I will think about it, it may be needed for a month or so to get me going againI only have 5 days left at school then 6 weeks off, so plenty of opportunities to get out and about and exercise, and also the time to cook and prepare proper meals ... however, it also means theres more time available for snacking
... off to think about my plan

Have you thought about a pedometer BB? I am going to give it a go to see if I can "beat" myself each day and then effectively that should help keep fit as well as lose weight?0

I did buy one from sainsburys but tbh its utterly useless
Every time you check it it reverts back to zero  I may invest in a decent proper one from a sports shop as it would really motivate me to beat my scores

Ds has just taken a couple of photos of me in a bikini, one from the front and one from the side, and woah is that enough of a motivator to get me started   I look awful
So, as from now its lots of water, not many sweets / choccies and increased exercise  On tuesday we're taking the kids for a 10mile walk in the forest so at least that will be a good bit of exercising for me too
