Yeah, I have started doing that Spud, it does seem one of his main triggers is his dad; any contact on the phone or at weekends does seem to unsettle him Utterly pointless trying to discuss it with his father though, always ends up in a row :rolleyes: ... he's asleep now :j

Well, even if you cant discuss it with his dad, the docs might be able to recommend some techniques you can use for reducing any of the after effects of a visit/phone call.

Just back from WW and I put on 1/2 lb this week Tbh I expected it to be worse; I've eaten a lot of junk this week and I've got pmt and am really bloated, so overall not too bad

I spent 4.00 on choccy bars there for the week, and 3.50 earlier on bread, milk etc. I've got a small matched bet tonight that should get me about a fiver Right, time to think about ds bedtime, wish me luck :rolleyes:

Hey you! Sorry, ds has been a nightmare again; he's been fine at school (thank God!), and has been lovely at home until either (a) someone phones or (b) its bedtime. Think its all to do with getting my attention, he's okay if its my mum or sister on the phone but anyone else and he is a nightmare. He is going to bed fine but after about 5 minutes its tantrum city. Last night I ended up taking him out in the car for half an hour just to try and calm him down / to give the neighbours a break from it It did work and he was lovely again after that, but I'm having to almost sit with him till he falls asleep at the moment

Tonight I took him to the softplay place,spent about a tenner altogether but I'd promised him it as a treat if he behaved at school this week

I have seen my bt transaction on quidco has finally been received, so thats another 40.00 in february :beer:
