Forgot to say my Abel and Cole order arrived today too,I got:
2 potatoes, 4 carrots, a lettuce, greens, 5 tomatoes, a mango,3 bananas, 3 apples and 5 pears. Pretty good selection, now we just need to remember to eat them all, (we're a bit rubbish with fruit), but for 95p its a bargain!!:D

You may have already tried this and it might sound obvious but have you literally tried one word at a time? What I eman by this is if you try pages of books to fill or sentences etc he obviously loses interest quickly but maybe you could start striking deals with him for literally one word, ie if he wants you to play with him say ok you write just one word for me and I will play with you. Therefore no loss of interest but also by the end of the day you may have ten words of practice and I am very sure you asks you for ALOT of things? After every single word I know you will make a fuss of him therefore building his confidence with no stress at all and those one words will soon lead him to improving and also realising he is actually very capable. I hope that makes sense, just stops him having to sit down and do writing time as at the moment he obviously sees it as a chore so maybe this will take away the obviousness of why he is doing it IYSWIM?

Yep, thats kinda the plan KM, like with his scrapbook today e'll only have to write the word "train" ... but I know that will be a mission and a half to get done
We were playing schools earlier and I tried to bring in some writing by sugesting he writes something on his whiteboard for the "children" to see, but he replied that his teacher doesn't do that, she uses her laptop  :rotfl:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Lol its funny isn't it how inventive we are at getting out of doing things we either don't like doing or 'feel' we are not good at... Bless him, it must be so rubbish having to do it when he really is not interested, but at the same time being a parent myself I know how rubbish it can be being the one to do the pushing/prompting etc what ever you want to call it..you'll get there xx0

Another thing I forgot to mention earlier ... postie brought me a statement for the legal and general isa today (the one quidco paid me 110.00 for
). The 200.00 they have had from meso far is now worth .... 186.00
Tbh, the way the economy is right now I expected it to be worse than that  I think I might leave it and keep paying in 50 a month for now and hope it improves in the coming months/years

Well, you are still in profit once you have taken into account the quidco cash so not bad!!
I have only made 2 payments into my ISA so far because they forgot to take the money out of my bank account for April and May......durrrrr!!! So mine is looking even more pathetic! But will still be paying in for the longer term to see if I can cobble together some savings, and also to make the huge profit that is bound to happen one day :rolleyes:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
