Thankyou Lilmissup, I'm sooo pleased with my overpayments this year, when I set the target of 3k I didn't know whether I'd be able to reach that so I am really chuffed to have got to 5k

This morning my quidco money has gone in, so thats another 44.05 added to the pot :D

  • Hi Benben, yes well done that is some achievement. Have you updated the mortgage amount remaining lately or are you waiting to find out what that is?

The only problem with exceeding your targets for this year is that we expect you to do even better next year......

    No pressure  :D

KM ... I haven't updated the mortgage amount for a bit, I pay the money into my savings account then overpay chunks (have to have at least 500.00 to make an overpayment), I update the mfd date from the mortgage calculator after every extra bit gets chucked in the pot, but the actual mortgage amount only gets updated when I make a payment. I should be making a payment before the new year and it should get me below 50k :j
