Spent quite a bit of money today; 37.00 on my hair :eek: but was budgeted for, then I went to a local town and spent 5.00 on some more primark fleecy pj's, 5.00 on two thomas dvds for ds for xmas, 7.50 in wilkos on 5 x stripey tea-towels (ds is a shepherd ), 2 x selection boxes, and other bits. Car parking today has cost me 5.20 too :mad:

I have done a matched bet which has qualified me for a free 100.00 bet, so I will look for a match tonight. I've also had an email from quidco to say they've paid me so that means most of my expected earnings this month will now carry over to the new year :rolleyes: Will need to check the figures to make sure I hit the 50k mark

I've had a really good evening, top tv night and Austin was stunning in the pasa doble, hubba bubba!! I've got several jobs done I needed and have written a list for tomorrow, then to top it off I had an online chat with a certain cutie teacher:j :j Off to bed now, sweet dreams everyone

Morning all Had a bit of a lie-in for me this morning, luckily I can have a lazy morning. I need to find presents for 2 of ds friends this morning, then get petrol and collect ds and take him on to the birthday party,which will take up almost all the afternoon :rolleyes: Other than the petrol and a couple of birthday cards I'm hoping its a relatively cheap day

All went to plan today except for the party, ds was like a possessed thing and I ended up leaving early He was fine at the party last week but this one was very loud in a hall with a magician and music; he can't deal with lots of noise and lack of structure He cried quite a bit and screamed a bit and generally ran around at inappropriate times. As soon as we got home he asked for a cuddle and said sorry without any prompting and has been an angel ever since, its like a switch is flicked sometimes :rolleyes:

I've now had my bath and done my hair, ds had a bath this morning, so soon he'll be on his way to the land of nod, then I can watch strictly
I made 72.00 from the matched bet this afternoon too so thats rounded off a good weekend

Generally speaking, then, a good weekend! DS may have had a less than fab time at the party, but the fact that he recognises this is a really good thing.

well done on the matched bet too - I will be looking to get back into that after Christmas I think!

I've been looking at some autistic websites and there are several similarities between them and ds He has his appointment at the hospital about it in January but it won't be a surprise if he is on the spectrum
