Hypno - I don't blame you taking it all to the charity shop. I spent a month collecting all our carp (sorry, very tasteful bits and bobs) then told DH to take it all to the charity shop. I'd just had enough of it all over the house. I count it as my donation to charity as I can't afford to give money. Hope you enjoy your clear out xx

thanks Mudbath.....yes, I have just had enough of it........it is no secret that I hate my clutter.....and of course clutter just attracts more clutter.....so drastic measures are needed.

Our new student arrives at the end of this month, so we have 4 weeks to get completely clear......and I really am determined to do this. And it is fab that DD, at least, is on board. I am sure that with me and DD clearing, the "boys" in the house will follow suit........eventually (otherwise I will declutter for them!):D

Right, off to bed now.....need to get my sleep ahead of tomorrows "bin bag marathon"

Morning - well the troops return from Jamboree today (well 2 out of 3 anyway) so my peace and quiet will be shattered and my nice clean tidy house will disintegrate within minutes to be covered in tents, sleeping bags etc etc - and do i care ...............NO as I've missed them.

Anyway off to work in a minute - have to get some milk today so bang goes my NSD.

I like black bin bag days Hypno - its great to de-clutter and you can only stomach so many car boots etc. I quite agree with getting it straight out the house - good intentions to sell it on only work for so long.

    Have a great day !!!!!!!!!!!!!
