got a day to myself tomorrow, if you want a hand just shout.
You may not come out alive you know.......stand still for 2 mins and you will be in a bin bagActually, one of the jobs is to sort clothes out that are too small for me so if you want old decent work clothes, just holler!
Right, a reasonable amount of sleep has been had and I am only on my first cup of coffee so a little more is required.......so I will get cracking on the clearing at 9am.....that gives me an hour.
First big job is the cupboard under the stairs - it may take a while because it is jammed full..........but it is the priority job today I reckon.
So....list for today:- [STRIKE]have coffee until 9[/STRIKE] Time to get moving!
- go and do mystery shop and enter results
- [STRIKE]check online banking and write against bills to pay[/STRIKE] DONE - still on the right side of the overdraft
- shop at lidl (it is next door where I am doing the MS)
- clear the cupboard under the stairs
- take a load to the charity shop
- package up some clothes for another DFWer
- look for DVD....
- [STRIKE]check ebay and amazon[/STRIKE] Ebay up to £9.50 with 19 watchers.....will check back later
- do meal plan for the week

OOh I love sorting other peoples bits and bobs its so much more satisfying than doing your own IYKWIM. Hope you get de-cluttered and those energy channels are flowing through the house like a raging torrent!!

Thanks lucielle, I think it will be quite liberating......well, I am hoping so, anyway!
For example......I have a bag of odd socks - it has been "growing" for the last couple of years, and I don't get rid of it in case I find the partner to one of the socks!! Now, even I have got my washing baskets emptied in that time so what are the chances really of finding the partners to a bag full of odd socks.......
So, today the odd socks go.......and with that I reclaim the little bit of worktop in the utility that they have been occupying....
Light bulbs are another - I have masses of lightbulbs in a cupboard under the sink......are all my lightbulbs going to "pop" at once? Really? Most of the "spares" probably have fittings that are not right for this house anyway, which is why they are under the sink.......lightbulbs of this house, you have been warned!!
Old pairs of glasses - we all wear glasses, and we always keep the old ones for spares, "just in case".........so we have masses of glasses in cases that are in the cupboard.........
They can go to specsavers to send to the third world.......they will be more appreciative of 1990s style frames than I will.....:o

That sounds really good, hypno, very sensible. There's only so many odd socks the world can tolerate, and then, off to the tip.
I love your rush of energy today - personally, I'm exhausted! Sorry.... I've just realised quite how much physical work I've done over the last few days, & tho I'm fitter than I was, I'm not as *young* as I was. So plans for today, to mooch up to London and research green cars at the motor show have had to go on hold - may go tomorrow, or give it a miss this year. If my headache clears, I may yet get to see one of the Gay Pride events taking place - they're *lots* of fun for everyone, v joyous and happy (if a bit loud to my poor ancient ears!).
Anyway, great to hear you're still on the right side of the overdraft, long may it continue.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
