The new paper diary works fab!! It is for money related stuff only. Every morning I log onto online banking, and write down all the balances in the various pots marked against what I still have to pay. I also mark down "expected money" so if I have asked for money from paypal but it is yet to hit the bank or I am down to see a client in the week or whatever, then I can keep it separately but still know that it can be almost counted on!

I have used it since the 1st August, and I am sure it is helping me in my quest to stay the right side of the overdraft :D

A quick hijack :D : Do you get Quidco on Tesco grocery? If so then I've been missing out big time! Thought it was only on Tesco Direct orders and the like - anyone know for sure?

£5 off first grocery order only-although I did get it for a not first order by accident. I'd used them several times and happened to log in via the Quidco link and to my surprise the £5 validated and paid-worth a try.
ASDA order arrived right on time-2 substitutions (pizzas and free range eggs instead of value :) ), bag of oven chips had a small rip and one chip fell out-so he told me to keep them and refunded them. Very nice bloke-not the Tesco spotty teenager type we get usually-who asked if it was my first shop and ran through everything. I'm quite impressed with ASDA-as they accept my electron card I may stick with them

    I've checked Pandapaws,
my £5 intro money has already tracked :D

    and it says this:
This merchant pays cashback based on the order value excluding VAT and delivery charges (calculated as £5 per order).

To visit the main Tesco site, please click on the 'Tesco.com' link on the Tesco Direct page.

Tesco.com will not pay cashback on their Finance & Insurance services.

So I'd assumed my order will qualify too......
But it also says £5for first genuine new registration and first order with Tesco Grocery3%for other sales (not applicable to grocery or Travel related orders)3%for Tesco wines7%for Entertainment and Jersey

So perhaps just my wine will qualify

Thanks! I think I got the first order referral (a few times as I keep opening new Clubcard accounts!) through Pigsback, I was just wondering if there was a % cashback on the groceries as well *sigh of relief that I haven't been missing out on Quidco!*
