    Desk duly cleared :T

Factfinders - not yet looked at it properly, but not getting excited in any event!

KM, I will be looking at the Centerparcs website later this evening (after I have taken the kids skiing) so I can start working out what I can use clubcard vouchers for. It will be a good boost if we can use them as I don't really want to self cater while we are there, so was expecting to have to save loooooads, whereas if I can use vouchers, I only have to save a bit :j

Just grabbing a quick coffee between karate and skiing......dare not put the telly on in case I decide that sitting on the sofa is a better option than being a Mummy-taxi :o

We've just come back from Centre parcs on monday, and even though it rained the WHOLE weekend in AUGUST we still had a fab time. We went to Longleat one and all the restaurants were under the dome with the pool and shops and bowling so wasn;t too bad.

The strada vouchers aren;t valid for the restaurant at Centre Parcs, but didn't look into Tesco deals.

We plan on going back next year but would also like a holiday abroad, no way we can afford both

hi yukkibear - I luuuuurve Center parcs - we used to go there quite a bit when the children were younger (before the house from hell caused us to be in debt) and loved it every year.

I have checked on the tesco site and it seems on the face of it that clubcard vouchers can be used in ALL bella italia and cafe rouge places so that will be very good indeed. I will probably email them for absolute confirmation before I convert any vouchers though.

We have a centerparcs down the road from us, so one of the advantages is no travel time and no costly petrol and parking :T Always helps!!

Morning! It's the weekend :j and whats more I am off work now for a week :j

Got up early this morning to make sure OH was ready for work and had to decide between going back to bed or staying up and watching the olympics with masses of coffee..........so I have gone for the olympic/coffee option :o

I have a client this morning, and then P is coming round for coffee, so all in all a reasonable day I think!

Online banking done - paypal have put £60 in my bank account from ebay stuff a few weeks ago, so I have transferred that to egg, plus my normal monthly payment to egg came out today....taking the egg card down to £171.85 :j Almost there....almost....almost!!

So, 6 days in to the 600 day challenge (!) and I am still just about on target.......my debt has reduced by £177.39 today, so I am happy with that.

Hopefully I will pay a little more off next week, but need to wait until the middle of the week to get any more money in, although there is £20 more to come from paypal anytime now which can go to egg as soon as it hits my account.

am rambling now, so will shut up :o

Yup, gone by Wednesday........:D It will be lovely to see that card and the horrid APR 26.9% gone......after all the crap that Egg gave us, putting the APR up when we have never been late or over limit with them etc, and then closing the account as part of their customer cull etc.......bah! Anyway, they won't be getting much more interest from us on that account, so SUFFER!!!!!

We still have two loans with Egg, but they are on 6.9% and 3.83% so much lower and more acceptable rates, and they can't put the interest rates up on those so they can just bob along as they are for the time being.
