I've just eaten 3 jaffa cakes (last in the packet, or I'd have had more:o ) I'm trying to convince myself that was a healthy breakfast.....well there's orange in it, everyone knows that chocolate is the worlds most complete food.......

Very healthy - why would anyone assume any different!

Actually, when my children are at race camp, there are quite strict guidelines on the food they are allowed.....but jaffa cakes make the grade! So, it just proves that they are essential components of a balanced diet.

    MOrning all -

Thanks for the cake recipe - I think I have all those ingredients though I need to do a baking shop.

    Jaffa cakes for breakfast? Disgusting.

    Mars Bar anyone?

Great on that e-bay total Pania; I keep thinking I ought to have a go then I think I have missed the boat...

Ooh, I forgot about the cake! We used to call it a no-bake cake, and before that, tiffin. How very Anglo-Indian (not that we knew...)

all this talk of chocolate and cake is causing me a problem.....

.....I have on my "to do" list "eat chocolate" but I have none here and to go and buy some would ruin any chance of a NSD!

I have got chocolate spread sandwiches for lunch......so that could satisfy the list element......but it would not solve the problem that actually, I quite fancy a bar of the finest or a slab of cake or a doughnut (or two)!

    Why is life so complicated!!!!!

Congrats on the £2.50 win, it all brings you a step closer.

Think I might watch the opening ceremony this afternoon. Although I'm not a sporty person, I am quite partial to athletics and swimming (perhaps due to the [STRIKE]tight[/STRIKE] aerodynamic outfits the men wear :D)

It is reasonably quiet at work so have managed to get my online tesco shop ordered for delivery tomorrow - got a £13 discount code from the freebies board, so very happy with that, and should have enough groceries to see me through the next couple of weeks, when combined with what we already have in the cupboards/freezers.

I have also written to the National Insurance refund guys to ask them to sort out my NI payments, and hopefully will get a refund of sorts from them (although it will only be small, it will still help!).

I am going to nip into the T-mobile place at lunchtime to ask how to cancel my voicemail.....and have so far spent nothing so excellent news on the chocolate/cake temptation front!
