Yes, I had a bit of a drought too - this one is very welcome as it is quite and easy one and a reasonable payer (£12) which I can do in my lunch hour quite happily :T

Hi Hypno, hi all! Happy New Diary - it only seems like yesterday that I was saying that about your last diary, goodness knows what I've missed!

It looks like you're doing a fantastic job of balancing the books (as always) and your list at the top of this page puts me to shame! Well done for your eternal determination to get the debt shifted, hopefully I'll find the time to hang around here some more and some of it might rub off!

I'm hoping to update my own diary in a bit (the joys of finally bagging a nightshift - child-free time at last!), and catch up on loads of others but if I don't (work computer has crashed on me twice already, so maybe not such a productive night) then a big hello to everyone else too - I'll get there eventually!

Hi KC!:hello: Yep, my first nightshift since Greg was born (can you believe that'll be 5 months ago on Tues?) and only doing these two because someone is off for a funeral. All's good or 'as well as can be expected' chez Panda, I'll need to pop some pics on my diary when I get the chance (I find myself using that phrase a lot these days :o ).

    How's you?

KC - you were up late, blimey!

Panda, lovely to hear from you but you worry me "as well as can be expected" sounds as though you are exhausted. We've missed you and hope you can pop in a bit more to say hello and let us know how you are.

Morning Hypno! I'm very excited about the "take parcel to post office" item. How did the clear-out go? Are you luxuriating in the space, with chi flowing freely around your sparkling home?

    Hi Seaxwyn! Welcome "home"!

The declutter is very much continuing - we have/had so much "stuff" around that it is going to be impossible to do it all in one go!

However, the initial surge was very successful, very encouraging and we are continuing with it this weekend (albeit on a reduced level because we have other things to get done too).

But we are a long way from "sparkling" and a long way from "chi flowing freely".......but we are getting there! To the untrained eye, the house doesn't look a lot different yet, but open a cupboard and you will see an amazing achievement or two!!!

Plus, the amount of bin bags taken to the tip/charity shop etc is huge so there *must* be a difference here somewhere
