Ooops solved the tiredness problem-went for a lie down at about 8-and slept til DS woke me at 3pm !!!! Working at 4 so have lost the whole day -and probably won't be able to sleep tonight now

Chocolate Refridgerator Cake
4oz butter or margarine
3oz gold syrup
1oz cocoa
2oz raisins/ sultanans
8oz crushed sweet biscuits (rich tea etc)
2oz chopped glace cherries or more sultanas & raisins
Line a tin (small tin )with foil and grease
melt butter, syrup and cocoa, beat well. Add crushed biscuits and dried fruit. Press mixture into tin.
Put in fridge to set. Cut into squares when set. Can be decorated with melted chocolate if you want !!!
