any sites selling recondioned mobile phones

hi all my daughter wants to have a new phone, brought the last ones for my children from virgin they were all reconditioned or refurbished ones
been looking and i can't see any recon phones on the main suppliers web sites
are there any sites where they have refurbished phones

usually around 30-50% less than new prices stocks vary so ring & ask on
0845 650 4500 (they dont advertise the phones online anymore)
O2 are the same.....they dont advertise reconditioned handsets but depensing on whats available between 20-50% cheaper than new
