Is This A Scam?

Today I received a letter from a company called W. Anderson attaching four scratch cards giving me the opportunity to win some wonderful prizes. I am always very sceptical about things like this and normally bin them immediately. As expected, I won a prize on three of the four scratch cards!! However, one prize is for £1000, which certainly sounds very attractive. As usual you have to phone a premium rate number charged at £1.50 per minute, but it doesn't say how long the call lasts. It does say that the prize is guaranteed though!
Has anyone heard of this company or had such a letter themselves? On the back in the small print it says "Anderson games is a Morgan Import Dominica Company" whatever that means!
Would appreciate some feedback if possible before squandering vast sums of money on the telephone.
Thanks

Thanks, I will rip it up.
I also had the villa and other cash prize - the £1000 was certainly tempting - but as you say, too good to be true!Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
