Ok, NSD 7 for me today :j .
Its going pretty well, I am purposly not nipping into town because I don't want to ruin a NSD, which is fantastic. I must remember to keep this going as my worst habit is not sticking with things long enough to see results  .
Hope you have all have good days, hopefully tomorrow should be a NSD as well, as we only have a kiddies party to go to and we have already bought the pressie etc.
Take care all
