I had to put petrol in the car today so a spend day for me - also took out breakdown cover for the car (but did it through quidco, so will get cashback).

But not a NSD here, sadly :o

Well done to all achieving a NSD this weekend :T

NSD number 3 for me today - we spent all day moving furniture around which has left us both shattered. And the weather was horrendous so not exactly conducive to leaving the house!

We've identified more baby-related things that we need (we're trying really hard to keep it to the absolute minimum) so I'll definitely be spending this week - but going to see if I can fit a couple more NSDs in too!

NSD 8 for me today. I am loving this, I am convinced it is saving me LOADS of money :j .

Tomorrow should be ok as well. I have to go to town to Bank a cheque and I would usually give in to the kiddies demands and buy a sweetie or a toy for them, but I am determind not to. Its is their birthdays in September & December so they don't have long to wait for toys. (Not figured out how I am affording birthdays yet  )

Then in the afternoon we are having a playdate at my friends house, so free tea & cake for us :T

So I have had a No Spend Weekend, Woohooo :D

Hope next week is as good as last week, I only spent money on 1 day last week

Hope you all have very cheap weeks ahead.

Well done steph on the 8th nsd:T

Just realised i have had my second no spend day of the month, not doing bad but not doing great either. This challenge certainly makes you think about how often you spend money. However in my defence, some of the money i have spent out was largely due to mystery shops where i may have over spent slightly on the spend allowance when doing supermarkets!! Got to find an excuse somehow:rotfl:
