Jamie Oliver - spaghetti carbonara

Anyone got his new book - mine is on Christmas list. He cooked the most delicious spaghetti carbonara on This Morning the other day. Does anyone have the recipe?

I know it had egg, cream, lemon but can't remember quantities.

Please help, am feeling hungry!

  • Hi Windy,

I've done a search on This Morning for you and also on Jamie's site but can't come up with any information. Can you think of anything else that might help us search for you?

Thanks, I looked at This Morning site but nothing either. I remember aswell it had sausages (made into meatballs) and bacon in. I suppose I will have to go to Tesco and read the recipe secretly!
  • Even Google came up with no results for Jamie Oliuver and Spaghetti Carbonara together.

If someone else has a link, please post it!

I have a funny feeling they wont be publishing the recipes yet as the book is brand new and they want you to buy it!!

you might need to wait a couple of months and see if they start to list recipes on his site.

I was going to ask the same! Phew!

I vaguely remember something about fried breadcrumbs on top, too...

When does the lemon go in?
