Sorry to be finicky, Mr Skint, but if you don't mind an Italian's correction it's "patatine al prosciutto", not "del prosciutto".

Those kind of computer translations can produce quite amusing results.

It's al prosciutto, not del prosciutto. Sorry. It would take pages to explain the difference of usage between the two prepositions "al" and "del".
