    Sorry to be finicky, Mr Skint, but if you don't mind an Italian's correction it's "patatine al prosciutto", not "del prosciutto".

    Just being pedantic, that's all. :D

    It's al prosciutto, not del prosciutto. Sorry. It would take pages to explain the difference of usage between the two prepositions "al" and "del".
