its funny you started this as me and OH had started to discuss our weights - and decided we were not buying any more 'carp' starting last week so had a cheap shop last week and not actually eaten any carp except a couple of rich tea biscuits the other night with a brew!:T

haha i drive hubby mad he doesnt function on less than about 8, bless him he was knackered this am - i got up and made him his packed lunch again and chopped up some grapes and stawberries again with fresh greek yogurt over the top - felt like eatin all to myself mind:rolleyes: but had my cheerios instead - with this weight loss too i should probably add that i am almost a veggie - lol well ive been veggie since a kid - i only eaten fresh chicken - but it cant have skin and bones - just breast fillets or the like - and i dont eat fish (yucK!) so for me sometimes i have a bit of a battle - i LOVE cheese and pasta....but fatty and high carbs but HAVE to have them !!! lol:o
know what you mean about this site - me too lol

Im a big cheese fan too, I think cutting the takeaways will help me a lot, oh and the chocolate! My monthlys are very inconsistent and I find I crave chocolate every other week!also, I find that buying healthier food is a lot more expensive...like I went shopping the other week and got a load of salad stuff for a fiver, when there is a pizaa big enough to feed the whole family for 1.50 and I'm like whats the point! d'ya know what I mean!?
