    Mortgage-free Glee!
if you put weight on you have to put double in the pot. that should give incentive not to put on

need to lose about 3 stone (dont know how to do what was asked) sorry

I already put you on, but will adjust it so we have your target on there.

I'm not sure which way to go if you put weight on, either put double in or none at all.

thinking about it, it makes sense to put double in, after all, you wouldnt be that bothered about putting nothing in it!

I was also thinking that, when you reach a milestone i.e. stone or your target, that you should get someone else to put something in there, my husband said he will put in a fiver for every stone I lose.

    Hi All,

Can I join in too please? I'm only 5' 3" but 13st 5lb. I should look like a beachball but I dont so I think I'm just heavy boned :rotfl:

I can't afford to join WW again but putting some money by will give me some incentive. I'll have to keep it at work though to stop DH dipping into it  Having said that, I've been meal planning and eating (fairly) healthily for the past 6 weeks or so and haven't lost a bean let alone a pound!

We just bought a 2nd hand treadmill on ebay last week in a bid to get fit so I'm going to get on that and I'll dig out my old WW books and maybe post up some recipe's if anyone is interested?

    Sorry to ramble! :o
