Oooh I like this idea. I need to lose 6st to get to the middle of my bmi range, but I'll settle for 2.5 so that I'll be back down to a size 14.

hiya can i join this too pls, i dont need to loose that much about 1st 3lbs to get me down to 9 1/2 st but i have a v round face (which is supposed to be lucky according to the chinese!) which actually makes me look fatter than i already am and thats the first place any weight goes on!!
