The other thing that annoys me is that in the letter I had today, the "scorecard" shows how to answer in order to get the necessary points.
I should have gone smelling of ale, unwashed and perhaps cried a bit.0 -
I have a feeling that some aspects of the info given on the above site maybe have changed in the last year or so0 -

If I thought I would be in with a chance of winning or at least drawing, I would be going down this route.
The woman in question has made life misery for quite a number of people, and she comes out smelling of roses each time she has been challenged.
I think the fact that she is ahem "friendly" with someone from senior management has a lot to do with it.
Thanks for your thought though. If this is the case, could you claim for constructive dismissal?0 -
Maybe if all the people she has affected get together you could do something about her. Management would surely have to do something or go above their head?0

The members of staff who gave evidence against her were told that they could be disciplined for doing so. They were moved from their positions shortly after.
The Union rep has also had run-ins with her, and been warned that she is harrassing this "person"!Maybe if all the people she has affected get together you could do something about her. Management would surely have to do something or go above their head?0 -
