You can also re-listed, try to sell it again and collect from his address to be delivered to new buyer (prior arrengement and approval from previous buyer) this way you'll save in postage costs and can offer him his full refund.0

and looking at the feedback they left the seller of the item it was a pushchair

material was in poor faded condition. hood and bumper bar dirty
and the seller followed up with
"NOT TRUE CHECK THE PHOTO's MARK ON BUMPER WAS LISTED
so it looks like i am not the only one they have done this to?0 -

no i would not have accepted her offer as i can not be doing with the hassle and everyone who has sold on ebay has probably had a buyer try it on
dose not matter now as she stopped communication and opened a dispute :mad:
i am 100% positive that there was only damage i listed and have told about here but lets see what happens0
