    Hi foxyroxy,

You can deliver books door to door but generally speaking - its not a very successful method. Mainly due to strangers not wanting to pay for the goods at time of order as of course they have no knowledge whether they'll ever see the products.

However if you have a home party for your friends and family and then ask them to book parties, these would take place in their homes with extra people who would hopefully go on to book parties in their own homes with their own friends - and so your diary fills up very quickly.

Its not too late to start for xmas - my advice would be to see how many of your friends and family would be willing to hold parties for you in their homes before you start - if you can get 4 - 6 parties booked before xmas - then it would be a really good idea to join

    Hope that helps
    Mel

i camea cross the mse forum when i was looking for advice about joining tbsah. i keep umming and ahhing about joining... i've only ever seen one advert in my area from a bsah consultant. i dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing though? haha

what's the procedure when you join? how soon can you start making your own team up? can you start straight away or do you have to be with the company for a certain period of time/hold a certain amount of parties/hit a certain sales target before you yourself can start recruiting?

i've read about rewards for hitting a certain target etc. what are the rewards/incentives?

also, from reading this thread nobody is answering the question of is there any special offers for bsah parties? for eg. they have money off sales online and instore etc.

thank you in advance for any help!
£254/£12,000 challenge... Only £11,746 to go! Wish me luck! :|
  • The quickest way to get signed up and started is to find someone near you that will recruit you. You can sign up online but this tends to take longer.
All you need to do is fill in a form have a form of ID and payment details for the £40. This can be faxed to head office, then in a few days you should have an ID number and login for the system, then not too much longer after that your kit should arrive.

As soon as you join you can start recruiting, there is no level of sales or amount of time that you have to reach to start building a team.

There are loads of incentives each month (which are either products or product vouchers) you get these for reaching certain levels of sales (I.e. for Jan you win prizes for reaching £150 sales then more for £500 then £700 then £1000) There is an incentive trip each year, this years is to Cancun, Mexico, and other incentives during the year.

TBSAH have lots of offers similar to the shops and online.

Hope this helps, if you need anymore info let me know.
  • hi guys i am awaiting a call from the area manager as to get number account number etc, and i have 7 bookings for parties i was wondering if any of you knew what the companys expectations are with regards to sales as as far as i was aware its a case of they will sign you up once you have your confirmed bookings, could anyone also be able to let me know what i can expect to find in my kit.
also what themes you have done for parties i have printed off some door prize draw slips as a raffle for all party guests as this enables me to get more contact numbers etc. and i am offering the first four hosts to book and hold a party a free gift from me as a way of a thank you, and shall run this offer every month but any other ideas would be gratefully recieved.

Do the owners of BSAH L'Or!al continue to test on animals ? Would this not affect sales if they do ?

Hi all, I've just had an email from bsah saying I can get the pamper kit for £10, if I sign up before the 9th of March! Sounds too good to be true makes me think that things might not be going so well for the bsah if they that desperate to recruit me! Any thoughts on this for anyone that is still going with bsah? Thanks
