- just trying to work out your commission as there wont be any paid back if you already have to add to it

no - the total on consultant bit says £8.37 so iv hardly spent anything....Im really confused about whats gone wrong and how iv managed to lose out on £40! Well , approx £30 i guess after the £8.37....?

If the total left to pay is 0.00 - does that mean il get credited? thats what happened with mondays order, and fridays order the total left to pay was -£9

I have had a similar situation the other day where I put my order through over the phone and was told to pay the balance. Usually I do it online which I find much, much easier but had to speak to the call centre to check something. As awful as it sounds, I think something went wrong and I lost out? Is this possible? I usually pay each amount in full, bank all the cash and put anything extra on my card and it balances?

Dont worry! I'v sorted the order...it was me being very very confused but iv sorted it now...i gave some customers special offers that aren't in catalogue and i forgot about them...plus found a lost £26 cash so it's sorted and now i get it!

Still curious to know that if order is left with a figure in brackets to pay....is that the amount due back to me? How long does it take for them to do the credits?

Hi Ladies,

I had the same problem the other day but I kind of figured it out much later on in the day when I was thinking straight. Basically if some ladies pay with cash, the cash goes in your pocket as part of your commission and the commission on the system will be lowered to pay the difference. I had a lady pay me £16.70 in cash the other day, they detucted delivery charge and then the £16.70 in cash so I was left with £5.86 owing to me plus the £16.70 already in my pocket! Does that make sense? It took me the whole day to figure it out!

Hi Tina, i haven't been around for a while, but i think you will get paid the rest of your commission on Friday this week. If you get more commision than you get cash it goes through the body shop and they pay weekly on a Friday so it will show on Sat or Monday. DOn't panic if things still don't seem right next week, say wednesday, call customer support and they will go through everything with you and chase any missing money. You will get your money and will only lose commission if you lose the cash from the night.

that makes more sense
the figure in brackets at the end of your order will be the amount paid back to you
it depends what day you submit the order - if its tuesday or earlier then it will be in your account the following friday - if its wednesday or later it will be the week after on the friday .

I'v reached Level 1 starter success...YAY! And I only started on 29th May so thats not bad!

Thanks - thats really helpful. I'll look out for it on Friday then and I'll know whether thats what it was!

you wont have lost out hun , when you had to pay the alance thats only the same as when you add your card payment at the end of the order, so your commission will have been left like normal. plus you can see your spends and costs etc when you do it online and not on the phone. does that make any more sense chick?

Yup, that is what I thought! Thank you It is probably because I didn't keep track of the cash properly and bought a bit after! Argh!

Mother-in-law wants a few bits and bobs so at least I can order the new Summer catalogues. Didn't feel like paying the delivery charge for just £10 of orders!
