hi ladies im a new girl!! had my first party week and i was so nervous! after it had finished i wasn't sure if it was for me, i just forgot what to say and just felt a complete div! but im determined to get this right, and all i have been doing is trying to remember whats in the products and their benifits... im i stressing for nothing? well anyway i have got 4 parties in a row from this thursday and im so worried that ill just bore everyone! i feel i haven't got enough products in my kit to have one set party theme so i will have to a bit of everything, but thats a problem, because the hostess on friday was a booking from the party i did last week, so i will just be repeating myself! arghh im stressed hence being awake this time of night surrounded by body shop stuff!! i need so game ideas too so if anybody can help me out? also... (last thing!) prizes and gifts-what kind/how much??? i feel i dont have enough for prizes i want them to be apealing but i don't want to spend loads on them again any tips? i dont know if im feeling the customers are expecting more from the parties than i give. hmm maybe i should try and go to sleep, got to get up to take kids to school in morning! thanks everyone! sorry to go on! x
  • Ladies,

When you are ordering and you have the option to add an "incentive" to a customer order, you find the incentive but obviously the price is 0.00 because it doesn't cost the customer anything - how do I find out exactly what each product will cost me? I know it comes up in consultant bit but I'm not sure...

Also, I know we pay £2.50 for the hosts £25 free spending, but how much do we contribute to the 70% off?

Another very successful party last night with over £300 sales so I'm very pleased BSAH consultant at the moment!

ooooh and also, does anyone know what the deal was with getting 4 parties booked into July? Im sure there was some sort of incentive?

    Thanks all x
  • ooooh and also (sorry its question time morning!) at the bottom of the order overview, you have "order total" and "party value" - is party value the bit i earn commission on?

    thanks! xx

Hi Tina....you can see what you earn by when you have completed your order...and you go back into order status...you will see discount in brackets...thats what you earn...but just remember to deduct the postage and if you have paid for hostess gift from it..

Im pretty sure thats right, but Im sure someone can correct me if Im wrong x

Hi Leanne....have you got the left right game? or the bingo incentive we talked about earlier? You got a party booking because that lady liked your party before and prob wants to have one with her friends so dont worry about that.. Do you live close to your manager? Could she give you any samples of body butters you dont have to put in some sample pots..I find that that is a good ice breaker getting everyone smelling all the smells.. You need to order yourself some sachets for games and it also gives you extra items you have not already got in your kit.

Im going to the make up training tonight so fingers crossed it will give me some great tips...will let you know how it goes.
  • What the difference between party sales and party value?

Okay, so im having a blonde moment this morning - can someone just confirm for me...

My order total is £289 - there is 26.76 left to pay. I had £70 of the orders paid in cash. So I'll put that £70 in my account to cover the £26.76 left to pay, that leaves me with £43.24.......my total commission should be nearer £80 - as per the discount bit on the order tells me....so will the rest of the commision be credited to me by the body shop?

Sorry if im being blonde! The rest of my orders have all had enough cash to cover commision so not sure how this is going to work....!
