    Thanks Cherrypie...........
my AM is NEVER in contact with me!!!!!!

    Thats really bad Cherrypie!
My AM is fab, and we've got a great team. We have monthly meetings, there's always recognition of top performers (with prizes!), and encouragement for people who have done something well. We're off out for a Christmas meal on Tuesday.

Ring your AM with any queries you have as thats part of her job! Of course post here too, as we're a friendly bunch!

Leopardlady you've done well not to buy anything for your kit. I went mad on supply, buying all the incentives I was allowed. I was convinced that I'd need them all but in reality all I've done is build up a HUGE collection of products that in reality I won't use if I ever quit TBSAH, and won't give as incentives very soon because I'm doing pretty well without using much in the way of incentives. They'll go eventually but I'm learning my lesson about not buying too much on supply.
  • Im trying to work out if ive actually made any money and so far it doesnt look good ive managed to spend more than i made, Oops! ive got so much stuff that ill probably never use, i think i got a bit carried away. Note to self do not buy anymore products! (that may be hard as all the new stuff is coming out :( )
  • Well ladys are any of you heading into your local stores to help out this weekend? Love your body promotion is being pushed as a great way to get some new year bookings, and the stores will love some extra help, just don't forget you are selling body shop products there and then, not getting people to order through you. You can then get them to book parties and fill up your diaries for next year :)

I am heading in to my shop tomorrow for a couple of hours, lets see what happens there :)

  • I went into store on thursday but it didn't turn out too well. I think all the customers knew what they wanted and just wanted to grab it and get out. We only managed 6 entries to our free prize draw between 2 of us in 3 and 1/2 hours - though we did get one customer wanting to buy the prize as a christmas present for her friend!
  • Hi all,

is anyone having trouble getting in to the consultant site today or just me?? I went on thismorn fine but now have an order to place and can't get back in?

  • Hi ladies,

    Really confused with this one...

    1. Where do I find a copy of 'host reward guidelines'???
    2. If host is eligible to receive the host exclusive gift and has not used all her free shopping allocation, can she use it to pay for this or does she have to pay to get the host rewards, i.e. they aren't free and I get commission from that order.
    3. If I want to include something in each person's order, and the order is to be sent directly to the host, can I do this??

Sorry...just feeling very lost at the moment with all this:(

Not sure what or where the host reward guildelines are, but your host can't use free shopping to buy exclusive gifts as the system wont let you. I always say that the free and half price shopping is not in conjunction with any other offer.

We don't get commission on the host exclusives, even though they have to be paid for by the host in real money.

As for including an item in each person's order, it depends what you are wanting to add. You can add a recruitment DVD to anyone's order, but the cost to you is 50p for each one. If they spend over a certain amount (i think its £25) then you can add an incentive (go into their order and change from 'standard order' to 'incentive' in the drop down menu, then press search and about 5 options appear) These are free to the customer but cost you anything from 90p to £1.50 depending how big they are. The DVDs or the incentives can be added to the order and delivered to the host without you being involved.

Just out of interest, why would you be adding something to everyone's order? This will cost you an awful lot of your commission. I hardly ever order the customer incentives unless the order is coming to my house and I can take them out to use as raffle prizes (very naughty!)

    Hope this helps, L x
