  • Hi guys,

Just need a little help. When I try to order the customer incentives and incentives (which are in Be Inspired...like do I enter these under my name using business tools?? there always seems to be an error msg.

Can someone confirm what drop down I enter these incentives under?

Also, when I dont a mock order before for some xmas makeup it said something about customer being eligable for special incentive. The total was only £14 so any ideas what this special incentive is?

    Thanks very much

special incentive is a recruitment DVD. It's free to the customer but will cost you 50p.
When I enter incentives etc I always use the search function. go into your order and select business tools then click search. I then go through the entire list adding things on each page and clicking next until I reach the end of the list. I do that because not everything is in be inspired and that way you can see the availability etc too.

I've just re-read your post, I think I mis-understood. If you want to order customer incentives to go in your customer's bags then in the customer's order use the drop down menu and select incentive then click search. Then you can choose what you want to give them. It will come up with a charge against your name but the product will be packed in the customer's bag.

    Hi everyone,

I have just got my six parties and am doing the training on Sunday. Hopefully I will have all my kit then too!!! Very excited and really looking forward to this being a huge success.

I am based in St Albans but am also doing parties in South West London, so if you ever have any interest in those areas and you can't make it there yourself, please think of me!

    Hi Hez,

I was wondering if you could add me to the list of consultants? I am based in St Albans and also operate in South West London.

    Many thanks!

Welcome Ally, I hope you have fun, i really enjoy this and find this thread really really useful and i hope you will too.

Please take the advice that you don't need to buy anything, use the kit and talk about everything else, maybe pop into a shop and get all the low down on all the products, this way you can maximise your profit.

Enjoy and i look forward to hearing how you are going :)

I have so, so, so many questions to ask but I will do this all on Sunday and then come to the blog if I need any extra support.

One thing though....if I make my own flyers, can I use the Body Shop logo??

  • Not 100% Ally, something tells me that no you can't but you can download the images off the site so don't know.

I've done over £600 so far this month so got my £55 to spend- got 1 party left, doubtful it'll be a £300+ party to get to level two, but heres hoping!
  • Ally I'm not sure whether you're supposed to, but most of us do it anyway and I've never had any trouble
