Hi Guys
Wondering if you guys could contact me re becoming a Bodyshop rep.
I would love to know what you get in a kit etc and if there is induction or continual training?
Any help would be appreciated, as I am in a bit of a sticky wicket, dont know if I should opt for Bodyshop or Virginvie
Thanks
Nicki

Morning guys
Well my kit, some catalogues and some order forms have gone to a large office in Swindon today, so lets see if i get any orders. I have a lodger for a week and she took a catalogue in yesterday and the girls asked to see if she could take the kit so they could have a good look. She has promised to bring it all back tonight and hopefully with some orders!
Just like a party in a bag, just without me, but i can cope, still all my details are on the catalogues and on the order forms, so it is me who is selling
Good luck to all, my next party is tomorrow and i now have my first one in december, so i still have lots of space to fill, but looking good for nowLeopardlady

Hi Nicki, Hezza (Heather) is in Fife, is that near you? (I know nothing of scottish geography!)
You get a kit worth £550 for £95. Training is both really, you have one or two training days before you start and then training at monthly meetings too. I know nothing about VirginVie except that they are not such an ethical company and their products are not nearly as good quality (I had a pair of earrings off them that broke in a day!). Commission for BodyShop is 25%, not sure what VirginVie's is, I know Avon is less.
Body Shop At Home is great if you want to earn some extra cash but it's not easy money, you do have to work at it, like anything. If you work really hard you can earn quite a lot (especially in Scotland, for some reason it goes down well up there!) or you can choose to work less and earn less! It's the best time of year to join but do it quick as you'll have to get your parties in by xmas.
If you read through the thread you'll find a lot of info about joining, training and working.
Hope you decide to join

Hi Guys,
This is a really handy thread. I'm both new to the moneysaving forums and also Body Shop at Home. Not got my starter kit yet but already feeling quite excited about it all. Just have to make sure I don't spend whatever I earn on the products lol!!. But again thanks for all the hints and tips and hopefully I can make this work for me.0 -
You get a kit worth £550 for £95.
If you have your own party you can get it for £50 but without the christmas extra's. This is offer is only in November though.

Hi,
I was at a very small meeting on Monday. Someone was saying she struggles to get parties at parties so what she does is calls the customers a few days later when she knows there stuff has come. She calls asking if they recieved the products and liked them. She talks about how the host apprieciated the support and how much she got in freebies (just mention it especially if it was alot). She then says I'm really sorry but I forgot to book in your party, I have 2 dates left which one can you do? You need to assume that she is booking with you (why wouldn't she want to). Its really working for her but I think you need to be confident with doing this otherwise it won't work. She filled all of November doing this in October, so its worth a try.0 -

Thanks pandapop.. that sounds like a good way of doing things, easier to talk with them about recruitment possibilities too!
Will give that a whirl! x0
