Does anybody know for sure the reason for all the delays, my last contract was with D.A.Phone, switched to e2save on recommendation, looks like bad advice, still struggling to get my accessories after several calls and e mails, god knows what will happen when i want some money back??sanfly0

Have just received my "money back cheque" from E2Save today.
Was kept informed with text messages at each stage of the process.
Would be happy to do business with them again.0 -

Sent my 12th bill in on the 17th Oct. Had heard nothing, so emailed them from there site, still nothing, so rang them on Wed 2nd Nov. ( use 01509 618500 , dont give them 10p a min....and use 18866 and have a cup of tea while you wait ) Very helpful chap could tell me it was all received ok, and cheque was on its way. It came yesterday. Just chase them up if your worried, don't let a month go by so you can't reapply.0

Got my cashback about 5 weeks after I sent the claim - no problems really. In general, e2save.com/CPWcan be a bit slow handing out cheques, BUT,they do pay out. As afamily we have at least 9 phones from this company and they have always paid out. In fact, my brothermissed his cashback by 1month and thye have still agreed to honour the payment...0
