((((Denise)))) Hope your blood test goes OK. I just wanted to say make sure you mention everything to the docs like being tired/unable to sleep as it will help them figure it out. Are you having tests for thyroid and diabetes, etc? its worth getting checked out, so if you've not been tested for those yet go back to your doc and ask for those tests and anything else he can think of. It sounds like it might be stress though so make sure you take it easy for a while and try not to do too much. Also try to go to bed by 11 at the very latest, even if you think you wont be able to sleep, just lying there is so much better for you than being on the PC late at night as it will allow you to rest even if you cant sleep. Who knows - you may get so bored that you fall asleep anyway
When you are stressed and unrested it can lower your immune system. Just make sure you take it easy for a while and get enough rest even if you cant sleep. Start taking multivitamins if you dont already, and that Spatone that I told you about to boost your iron levels. Try to do something in the evenings that relaxes you like go for a nice slow relaxing walk or sit in the garden with a book, paint your nails or have a nice long soak in the bath. Do something just for you. Hope you feel better soon xxx

Thanks shala-moo, I know all about the ways to cut the costs of dvd rental and have tried many of them. He won't go for it for some reason? He also avoids buying anything online- I've not got the faintest idea why though?

Can I just ask how many people your buying for?
Me and my boyfriend spend approx £35-40 a month altogether on food. And we have nice healthy meals most the time. Woooh :-) We don't include alcohol in our shopping budget, that comes out of the social budget (as otherwise we'd be spending that in the pub)0 -
Hi everyone!
Got back from our hol today and start putting £1 a day towards Christmas-hopefully it'll more than pay for the pressies and the fuel and treats during that period.
Anyhow, please put me down for £125 this month. Sorting the first shop of the month out for Sunday morning delivery.

Hello everyone, just popped in to say 'Hi' and update my sig.
I spent £20.08 in Mr. M's today,
they're doing 4 tins tuna for £2.00 and Branston spaghetti 2 tins 50p.
I got bread and milk and coffee.
Also 2 packs of kippers in butter 56p each I think they were, for tea, so not a bad spend.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Hi all
NSD for us today- had an impromtu coffee morning this morning and despite slight disaster with Twinks (turning round with tray in hand 5 committed suicide by jumping on the floor ) went well.
My cherry pie is bulked up with apple and in the oven for pudding- will let you know how it goes (first ever attempt at pastry).
Whoopsied beef from Netto is in final dish as Beef curry (has done roast, sandwiches and this- not bad for £3.31)
