address bar has vanished.

THANKYOU! Mr Skint and everyone who has helped me, the last message that said unlock the toolbar, then my address line appeared . now i am back to normal.

Also if you want once youv'e got the toolbar back just re-lock it and
that should stop it disappearing again, but if not
just un-lock it again and leave it at that...

Just unlock the address bar and move the mouse until it changes shape
and now you can move them about willy nilly and also right click as above
and choose what tools you want shown..

See Pics below take notice of mouse shape change and also
lock toolbars afterwards to keep the changes..

It was all the ticked buttons that made me realise it was different Mr S

They're all ticked . But I've got too many icons on display (might try changing it later - I daren't at the moment lol)

Seems like when I'm on this site, (and others), with the banner and all the room the address bars are taking up, I'm wasting a quarter of the screen.

Thanks though Mr S .... I'll definitely have a go - probably after a glass of wine. Only one though

Then I'll be a bit ruthless with the icons :cool: I'll hide a few , like icq - never used, msn - messenger, never used, print - not connected, edit with notepad (no idea what that is), discuss - ditto. And worst of all - MoneyViewer lol
