Hi and welcome to the board
Just to add to the comments above, it will be fine tomorrow, I promiseWe do know how you feel (I was terrified the day before we went BR) but I really did think afterwards "what WAS all the fuss about?" as everyone here told me I would! The court staff are not there to judge you or belittle you in any way; they're there to help you and guide you through the process, it's their job
You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Good Luck tomorrow Homeschooler.
You will find it a lot less painless than you imagine it to be - to be honest the judge probably sees it as a nice easy hour of work (do you think they pick straws to see who does the bankruptcy cases and who has to reside over the case of some rapist or whatever in the main court?!).
I think the worst part was waiting around to be seen by the judge - regardless of how nervous you feel, you should instead try and focus on how good you will feel afterwards. It is a massive weight lifted off your shoulders - you will feel much better after you've done it!
Well, until the OR interview loomsmatched betting: £879.63

Hey, don't worry, it will all be fine. Went from tears and terror back in January when me and OH realised we were on a rapidly sinking ship to a much better - and calmer - life now nearly a month after BR.

PS MBNA and Co-op have nothing to do with each other apart from both being banks and one seeming to have an account with the other. This thread explains:

I'm going to court tomorrow, so I'm in the same boat as you! My luck goes to you and I hope it all goes well. I'm scared now!:D I know that chances are I'll be made BR, as I have no income at all and have no way of repaying my debt, but the monkey on my back tells me otherwise!:)
