Terms and conditions

1 The first prize includes two return flights from either Manchester or Gatwick to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, 7 nights luxury self-catering timeshare accommodation in Las Vegas for two people plus 2 tickets to see one of the spectacular Cirque de Soleil shows. Transfer to and from all airports and meals are not included. The first prize is subject to the winner's availability before the end of 2009, excluding all school holiday periods.

2 The draw will take place within 28 days of closing date which is December 31st, 2008, and the winners will be notified by post, email or telephone.

3 Only one entry per UK household may be submitted and only entires received before midnight on December 31st 2008 will be included in the draw.

4 Entry to the Las Vegas draw is open to UK Residents over the age of 18. Entry to the Seasons membership bonus draw is open to UK resident homeowner couple participants, one of whom must be between the ages of 28 and 68, in full time employment or in receipt of private pension and is not transferable.

5 The winners’ names and counties will be published on the website https://www.seasonsholidays.com/vegas within 14 days of the winner being notified.

6 One prize winner will be drawn each day until December 31st 2008 for a bonus prize of a Seasons Holidays membership worth £3750, with a minimum of 60 memberships awarded. All entries received by midnight will be included in the random draw which will take place the following working day. If we receive your entry on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, three or four prize-winners will be drawn respectively at random the next working day to ensure that a minimum of one winner has been drawn for each day of the month.

7 Membership entitles winners to request one week’s self-catering accommodation each year in a one bedroom cottage, villa or apartment (sleeps up to four people) subject to availability in any green band period at any Seasons directly owned or affiliated resort in the UK and around the world, the cost of which is included in the management fee. Dates are available throughout the year but vary from resort to resort.

8 Winning any prize will exclude participants from winning or being eligible for any other prizes offered by Seasons.

9 A mandatory annual management fee is necessary to take up membership. In 2008 the annual fee per week of membership is £367 including all utility charges and booking fees. There is no obligation to pay this fee if you do not wish to accept the bonus prize offer. The annual fees will generally increase by no more than inflation, which provides our members with reassurance that they are not going to face large unjustified increases each year.

10 Membership of the Club can be surrendered at any time without penalty or continued until the year 2069 upon payment of the annual management charge.

11 New members are able to request any date at any resort owned and operated by Seasons Holidays plc subject to availability up to 12 months in advance of travel during their first year of membership. In future years, dates will be available within green band periods throughout the year.

12 Winners will be entitled to resell, rent out or will their holiday club membership, provided they have personally taken at least one seven night holiday at a Seasons Member Resort and been registered as Members for at least 12 months or more.

13 There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes offered. These prizes are being given away to promote Seasons Holidays plc.

I can't enter this as I am a private tenant. Does anyone else think this sounds a bit like the timeshare ones?

I fail on three counts then - I'm a single, private tenant under the age of 28! :mad: Just as well I'm not in the market for a timeshare! :rolleyes:

I had a letter to say Id won a holiday and it was a timeshare...they get u to ring a premium rate number too!
