Seasons Holiday Comp - Game Overing It

  • The magazine I work for recieved a letter from an 83-year-old woman regarding this company...

She received a recorded delivery letter saying that she'd 'won' a holiday to Orlando. Wanting to surprise her grandchildren, she had a rep come to her home to 'sort out their paperwork'.

The poor old dear was drained for nearly 3 grand before anyone got involved...

    And no holiday of course.

    Avoid like the plague.
Best wins: Luxury weekend in Russia, family holiday to France, catered BBQ for 20, Selfridges shopping spree, jolly to Majorca, £1,000 See Tickets vouchers, £500 John Lewis vouchers, five-star weekend in Provence!

Damn. I received a letter recorded delivery this morning and thought it was my lucky day.

"Congratulations! I am delighted to confirm you have won the daily bonus prize to the value of £3750, in this month's Las Vegas/Seasons Holiday Grand Prize Draw".

I'm to call a freephone number, so will do so, but I'm now not expecting anothing other than time-share. I'm so gutted! Thought this was my first big win.
