Personally, I think it's probably best to direct people to this link:
 http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/HMCSCourtFinder/
They can use that to find the most up to date contact details for their court.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

ok, thanks very much. will have a think about it and see about posting something up.
edit - on second thought, probably not good idea, it's probably a bit boring and not much help really.
Thanks for the link tho! BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0

Hi Jvic .. probably should really have started your own thread for this rather than post it here, as more people will see it!
Maybe Fermi will move it for you
I will. And add a link to the new thread below in a sec. And add a link to the new thread below in a sec.

Just to let you all know, that i am going to talk you through my process.
The Revenue got me,ultimately due to my business partner, but it really cleans up so much else CCs, bank loans etc. not sure how it will work with the Charging Orders, but hey ho here we go.
I have a small car about £250 value and have applied for the Barclays ac with a Connect card. HSBC will not do one until you are discharged, and Nwide are useless. At the OR office the advice was any High Street bank will do one, but as i owe RBS and Lloyds not to mention Halifax.
The only problem is i have no job, but the benefit will be paid into my wifes ac for the moment. I have been offered a good job, but not sure what the contract will say, and i may have a problem with the professional org, i am a member of. i think if you are an accountant you are automatically ejected, not sure on others.
 update you soon

Hi, tracy, sorry I can't help but what you might be better to do is to start a new thread on the main board as a completely new topic and then lots more people should see it. See one of the posts above by fermi about how to start a new thread
