When he comes up Monday I will wait until he uses his pc and grab it before it logs itself off and see if it is on there ,cannot believe I cannot find it looked everywhere

Then some random scottish women calls her up walking to Tesco:rotfl::D

Yip Jules you take care and wish you all the best,is he going to be at the birth?sorry if mega nosy question?

He's going to be in the hospital waiting for me to come back from theatre but I've told him he's not coming to theatre with me! I'll be have a c-section with spinal block - had one with my last son! He said that he thought I should have someone in theatre with me and suggested my mum - poor woman is 69!! I know she's happy to watch casualty but I don't think she'd cope with it, although you can't see loads the floor does get a bit messy and the last thing I need is her keeling over and having a heart attack:rotfl:
The room's generally packed out with a good 10 people anyway so it's not like it's just me and the gynaecologist! It only takes about 45 mins so I think I'll be fine.

I go in at midday on the 29th - if nothing happens before! He's going to bring my son and my mum and dad in that evening - I'd love to be a fly in that car! I'll tell my parents to be dignified for son's sake!

  • Hi all, i have been lurking here for a while but not posted as never had anything useful to add, there is such good advice from everyone already.
I am rooting for you all.

SFH- Re photo there is something called 'get data back software' which can recover any document from your PC. Useful when i lost a few essays a few years ago. You should be able to download it free by just googling for it. Hope this helps.

    Take care all

:rotfl: :rotfl: Sorry about the sandwich!!! No don't get knocked out. They give you a little injection in your back - you have to sit one the edge of the bed and curl forwards - not easy with a stomach the size of a small planet!! Then they tell you to sit perfectly still! They put a line in between a couple of you verterbrae which feeds fluid into the spine and basically paralysis sets in from the bottom of the ribs down. It's a bit odd really but you don't feel anything!
They were saying the "it's a boy" before I'd even realised they'd started last time!!
The weirdest bit was when they removed the placenta. Heard the Consultant say "we're going to have to take her womb out!" thought this was a bit drastic and that maybe they should discuss it with me? Turns out it was just to make thing's easier for him so my uterus got an out of body experience before being put back!!
Probably sounds worse than it is. No pain!:j Was up and moving around the following day, bit sore then but not as bad as the poor girl opposite who'd had a natural birth and stitches!! She was in agony!!!
Sorry if I've put anyone else of any food!:rotfl:
