I would have thought you would need a Hygiene Certificate at the very least. Your Council should be able to advise you further.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

i think you would need the prepartion area checked by the correct department and they need labelling correctly and dating0

if you have fridge in your shop you should know how important certain areas are when selling food a shop SHOULD check the fridge temperature 3 times a day0
