You can still park at the long stay for one day.
Go to Pink Elephant site and register,this allows you to pre-book and it`s £6-30 for one day.

New to this thread but amazed at the fantastic tips/ sites I've already found!
I need to find cheap parking at Heathrow (aug-Sep) for 5 weeks and the cheapest I've found so far is £76.95 (parking only) or £89 (parking+hotel-but only 15 days thru' holidayextras)....

Any suggestions for something cheaper?? Not really a must for the hotel as I am travelling with an infant and think it'll be more of a hassle to spend a night in a strange room etc, etc...

I just got a quote from Purple Parking of £43.48 for 5 weeks parking, 13 August to 17 September. Enter TIPO into the Source Code box. If you are signed up to Quidco, you can get 10% cashback too.
