Any idea as to why it has dropped? I've filled out all surveys and am currently enrolled in the Halo and Voltarol campaigns...surely they won't decrease your points just because I've joined but haven't filled out a report yet!?
I also think the Votarol campaign is a joke, my current pain relief is fairly effective and only a free sample is going to convince me that this one is worth switching to because it is better. The Halo one is OK, still a much smaller sample size than previous campaigns used to offer. Bzz in general has gone a bit south in the past year or so in my opinion which is unfortunate as it used to be my favourite testing site that was genuinely different from the rest.
Last week my score was 8.2 but yesterday it was 6.2, I assumed this was because I now have Halo and Voltarol but haven't done anything on them. Just bzzed about Halo and it jumped to 6.8 so maybe it will increase when you do the reports...0 -
Yep just submitted 4 bzz reports and it has jumped to 6.9, bit iffy about them lowering it before you have had a chance to do anything. Fair enough if you don't participate.0

sorry for butting in but wanted to say that my score also went down a couple of weeks ago and i e mailed them to ask why and the lady who replied said your twitter account has been disconnected, once you re connect it your score will go back up again..........sure enough it did HTH some of youhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -

I've set up a separate Twitter for Bzz Agent, the permissions they were requesting were quite intrusive, read them carefully and make sure you are happy with them before you accept.0 -

I don't have a twitter account but thanks. Just done a bzz report and gone up to 7.2 now ...
Just bzzed my conversations with DH about Voltarol, about how we were looking forward to trying it out blah, blah... and disappointed we were to find we have to pay to try it and spend more than we would on other products we might use. Don't think they'll rate my report highlyThen just going to do the facebook link tonight - the usual "got money off voucher if anyone wants one" then I'm done with this campaign - very unimpressed by it

I've just left 2 reports on Halo - saying how disappointed I am they couldn't even be bothered to send a free pack worth only about £1 and also how poor quality they are. I defo won't be buying them. I also have the votarol campaign. I think it's really cheeky to ask us to spread the word for them without even giving a sample. I certainly won't be spending £5 of my own money buying the product. If they want me to change brands, then a sample is needed! I don't think I'll be going for any other campaigns.ILovegreen wrote: »I totally agree with you, I'm certainly not going to spend time writing reports for Votarol if they're not even going to give us a sample to try. The Halo samples are pathetic, if I had known how few samples we would get to try I wouldn't have signed up to the campaign. I might know the minute Tesco buy Buzz the whole thing would become a waste of time.
I'm not doing all their market research for nothing, seriously considering finishing with them completely.
Thinking the same - may just deactivate my account as the samples are pathetic now (Halo) and it's too much hassle when they give nothing in return. Plus as it's now Tesco owned, any coupons are going to be only for Tescos and I never shop there anyway. Shame as I liked some of the campaigns pre-Tesco.0 -
i think they need to make it much clearer what you are going to recieve when you sign up. Was so dissapointed with the Halo trial and the baking one would have been great if they had remembered to put my vouchers in.... however the colgate trial was fantastic with all the free little tubes for friends. Makes you wonder why for one and not the others. So glad I didnt get the voltarol one that really is taking the biscuit!0

After my bzz report of my conversation with Hubby, which they said they couldn't accept as bzz apparently, they emailed to say if I was disappointed with the campaign I could email support and inform them that I don't wish to participate...so I have. Keep getting emails regarding the Halo campaign, I'm tempted to email back and say "You'll have to wait another 2 weeks, mother nature isn't controlled by a bzzagent!"0

I was also tempted to email them with a detailed explanation of how the female cycle works. It's quite frustrating to be harrassed for my review when I only received the pack about 2 days after I lasted needed it!
The toilet cleaner, on the other hand, I'm very pleased with!0
