My score's gone down after doing the Halo campaign too. I've sent them an email to complain as I'm quite annoyed! They sent me an email reminding me to complete the campaign which I thought was very cheeky considering a) I have 4 weeks left to complete it and b) they took a right flaming age sending the package to me in the first place! I submitted two reports and my score's gone down even though they said my reports were good. Checked and I don't have any surveys to do so it's not that. Feel like I'm being penalised for not using Facebook or Twitter as that's all I can think of that they would be marking me down for so I sent them a complaint. If spamming my friends on social networks was a condition of signing up they should have said that when I signed up!

i got the voltorol pack through today. and i am disappointed. they havent sent out an actual sample - i got a shoe/boot bag and 10 money off vouchers (2 pounds each). not an actual sample of the product at all.

given that it will cost me 6 quid after using a voucher i dont think i will bother and just use my normal deep heat as i know that works. :(
2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,

If I post anything to Facebook I delete it straight after. I never use my Twitter account so don't really care if I spam it up. Perhaps create a second Twitter/FB account solely for Bzz?

Do they look at your facebook or twitter account to see how you interact with people? My twitter account only has 1 follower, and I think the buzz on facebook is only visible to me. Nobody interacts with what I say about bzz at all!

I see we are now getting automated responses to our Bzz reports, I remember when each was individually tailored to what you'd written!

I emailed support (3 times!) and asked to be removed from the Voltarol campaign as I was disappointed with the pack and didn't feel I could bzz honestly about a product I couldn't try. They said they couldn't send a free sample or a voucher for a free item as UK law prohibits this with pharmaceuticals."

They have eventually emailed to say they will remove from the trial (although I could still bzz via Fb and give out the £2 off vouchers) but it's still showing on my account and is dragging my score down to 7 not :(

ETA: just had email saying Halo now £1.50 in store

I had the Halo email too. I thought it was £1.50 anyway? Even with the voucher the panty liners are still more expensive than Carefree so I'd still rather buy those.

Re the Halo campaign, it's been many years since I've used towels but omg how big are the night time ones!!! It was like wearing a nappy.. (though not using them for years, not sure how they compare to other brand night time ones).

I have noticed that too. The first few reports I did recently were ginormous and they replied with a "Good" within 30 seconds. The last report was simply "I bzzed a lot of people" and still got "Good" for that. Won't bother wasting my time spending too much time with the reports now!
