Has anyone gone to collect the tesco easy home bake kit please? I went to my very large tesco extra store and they do not stock it? I even asked the manager and she said she has never heard of such item. I then went online to find it on the tesco website and nothing!

So has anyone actually spent money to get the Voltarol? I was really looking forward to a voucher for a free bottle, but I only got like 10 x £2 vouchers. Do you think they a retailer would let one use 4 x vouchers in 1 go or would that be a no no?

Not heard of Tiger Balm before, is it good? (It's got a good name, better than Voltarol). I usually use Deep Heat, find it works, but it stinks. :o

I love the smell! Reminds me of when I was very little and my Dad would always be out pounding the tarmac training for the Marathon and other various tough guy courses and races. I've never used anything else :)

Can anybody clarify for me what we receive clubcard points for? I have submitted recipes, reviews and reports and have checked my clubcard statement and nothing from bzz. Anyone else had this problem?

I have the same problem, not getting any points.

Tiger Balm also stinks, but I quite like the smell, you can get it in varying strengths as an ointment type rub which most pharmacies stock but it is often also found in Poundland. I prefer the lotion which I have only seen online but I have a friend who brings it back from Thailand for me.

It can take up to 2 months to show on your Tesco account but a way to check whats going on is log into bzz.
    Go to my account
    My account history
My Clubcard points and they should all be listed there.

For example heres some of mine:

I've noticed that my Bzzscore has gone from 6.something down to 3.2 in a month or so....but I haven't done something/not done something in that time that would warrant this. Any idea as to why it has dropped? I've filled out all surveys and am currently enrolled in the Halo and Voltarol campaigns...surely they won't decrease your points just because I've joined but haven't filled out a report yet!?

I also think the Votarol campaign is a joke, my current pain relief is fairly effective and only a free sample is going to convince me that this one is worth switching to because it is better. The Halo one is OK, still a much smaller sample size than previous campaigns used to offer. Bzz in general has gone a bit south in the past year or so in my opinion which is unfortunate as it used to be my favourite testing site that was genuinely different from the rest.
