Finally delivered today but I have sent a complaint to them anyway as they are bloody useless and it has now cost me two days off work to wait for this delivery which is not on.

How come some people didnt pay? I dont think thats fair.

Surely if card details have been taken, the payment will come out at some stage?

I can't check the account I used on line, but had only £50 in there anyway, so won't be touching it for anything else.

I use this lamp every day and sometimes will use it twice a day. I use it first thing in the morning and then again in the afternoon when it becomes gloomy (at around 2pm if it is a dank day).

I am going to a networking meeting tomorrow morning - I know that I have to get up and drive in the dark and I shall be taking it with me because people want to see it and I will take my remaining vouchers too. It is certainly worth £40 but I am not sure if I would pay over £100 for one though.

I've been a bzz agent for 2 years and found some of the campiagns unsuitable. So far in 6 months all i've had is the actimel pouring yoghurt campaign to do.
That said.... I did have an offer to enter for a philips thingy but they wanted £40 for the product. Now i know its 1/4 of the price they ask for but I don't have £40 and they were asking STRAIGHT AFTER XMAS !!

I've had 4 days of using it, and I haven't nodded off once! Usually I'm snoring on the sofa by 9, so I'm quite surprised. I didn't really think it would make any difference, but, for £40, if it keeps me awake I'm happy. I don't think I'd pay full price for it, especially as you can't really be sure if it's going to help without trying it first.

Just wondering if anyones recently submitted a report to Bzz and if so have you had a response from Bzz. I submitted one about 2weeks ago for Activia but haven't heard anything. Usually it says how many bzz reports you've submitted but I can't find anything. Thanks.

Hi guys, saw this offer from Bzzz agent and decided to go for it after having been a member for ages and not ever having done anything with them. If it's no good then off to amazon it goes lol.
I haven't got mine yet, how does the procedure work? Do we need to write an official review...or do we just get the item and are at liberty to "promote" it any way we choose..?

BTW if it just me or are the prices for these things beyond a joke? I swear if a blue LED light didn't have "SAD" written on the box, it would be about £100 less.....

I submitted one a couple of weeks back to and heard nothing back, normally they respond quite quickly.

But I have just submitted another and have had a confirmation email this time.

My GoLite Blu arrived faulty with two dodgy LED cells. Bzzagent sent me off to try Philips customer support who knew nothing about the campaign and suggest I speak to Bzzagent for a replacement. I've seen a few reviews online saying faulty cells and am very surprised they dont have better quality control especially when we are reviewing the items!

I put in a report on Saturday and I got the reply back in less than 5 mins.
