    Well ive tried phoning and all you get is a computer, thing is it will get sent back to bzz agent if it doesnt come:mad:

    Mine arrived today.

    Quite chuffed because the website never asked me for any payment details. I might be sneeking it onto Ebay myself after playing around with it for the purpose of Bzz reports....... ;-)

    What number are you using? 01332 816960 may after a wait get you through to a human (I think). Hope you get it anyway, very frustrating.

    I was using the 0844 one, i do deffo know where it is now and am going to go personally, its just off the tinsley viaduct so itll just be as easy:beer:

    Mine arrived and it has been used by me, although I cannot seem to charge it because the adapter thing doesnt seem to fit the charger which is a pain..not sure if it is me that can't attach it or it is faulty?

    Have managed to get 3 people to buy though with the vouchers provided.

    I fiddled for ages, before I worked out that, in the adapter bit with the wire attached, there is a bit near the plug bit that says "open". Press that, hey presto, the thing comes away and you can plug in and go.:o

    Ive now got it, however i cant get the 2 pin plug thing to link into the plug to charge it.
